As of the mailing of this newsletter on May 7, 2004, the Marina Hills Directors Mrs. Jane Dry, Mr. Tom Szwajkos, appointed and unelected Secretary Mrs. Linda Baker, Mr. Chuck Johnston and Mr. Vito Ferrante are still in willfull violation of the Marina Hills CC&Rs and are denying the Marina Hills homeowners the right to vote on term limits.
