As of the writing of the December 2003 newsletter it appears that the Directors of the Board want to prevent the homeowners from voting on important issues, such as the perimeter wall fence color as well as putting a stop to the conflict of interest of the husband/wife team Mr. Calvin Wilson and Mrs. Cheryl Wilson.

          Thanks for taking on "City Hall". We almost took the board out in '97 but the courts favored the status quo, even though we had the votes! You have my support to correct the wrongs that exist.
