In order to support all interested homeowners to form their own opinion, we are providing some tools. This includes, for example, a downloadable version of the Articles of Incorporation, the CC&Rs, the CC&R amendments, the Bylaws and their amendment(s), etc.

The document that governs the day to day operation of the association are the Bylaws. The Bylaws specify election, powers, duties and prohibitions of the Board of Directors and the Officers of the Association. It also specifies the rights of the members (that is you and me) and Districts Delegates.

A web version of the Marina Hills HOA Bylaws has been compiled from the original County documents as well as the so far single amendment. This is the best place to start.

If you know how to download .pdf files and want to see the speckles from the photocopy machine, you can download "facsimile" copies of the

Original Bylaws signed on August 21, 1986 and the
Amendment to the Bylaws signed on or about June 24, 1997.

All versions are fully searchable by computer.
