On Friday, November 20, 2003, the following letter as a response to our letter from November 14, 2003, was received from the Law Offices of Richard Tinnelly, Lawyer for the Marina Hills Association.

    
       
                   
       
                     
       

Presently we are studying the response from Mr Tinnelly. We invite the opinion of other members to the above correspondence. Please email your comments to info@SaveMarinaHills.org. Your comments, upon request, will be treated confidentially.

   
                     
       

Mr Tinnelly completely failed to answer the question about the identity of the insurance carrier for the Errors and Omission insurance for the Board of Directors. A renewed and urgent second request for this information has been sent.
